At Love From Above, we take great care in ensuring the well-being of our homing pigeons. We only release pure white birds that have been properly trained and cared for. Our birds are kept in a loft on our property, fed high-quality food, and receive a significant amount of attention. As a result, their behavior is predictable and reliable.

However, due to our commitment to these birds, there are a few guidelines we require for dove releases:

• We will not release our birds in adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, fog, or high winds. Safety of our birds is our top priority and cancellations due to acts of nature will be fully refunded.

• All of our birds are banded for identification purposes.

• Birds will not be released at night or at indoor events and we do not ship birds for self-release for their safety.

• For other reasons such as customer cancellations or changes in wedding plans, Love From Above may provide a partial refund at our discretion.
